Yes, the Philippine Airlines offers both unaccompanied Minor (UM) and Young Passengers Travelling Alone (YPTA) services for children who are traveling without their parent or guardian who is at least 18 years old.

Absolutely. Minors can travel (fly) alone in the Philippines, but after adhering to the Philippine Airlines UMNR Policy as there are certain rules and regulations to be followed by the minor's parents or legal guardians. According to the policy for domestic flights, the child is supposed to be 7 years of age or older and less than 12 years old to be titled or registered as an Unaccompanied Minor (UM), and for international flights, the age range for UM services can differ as per the airlines. Full-time time the child will get assistance throughout the journey.

Philippine Airlines UMNR Policy states that when traveling with a minor, one needs to carry the child’s birth certificate and passport as well. And if the child is traveling without a parent but with someone like a guardian, then DSWD travel clearance is needed. You will require a notarized consent from the other parent if the child is going with one of them.
According to the different sectors, the Philippine Airlines UMNR Fee will be evaluated as per the sector, which is charged at 100 percent of the total adult fare and which is supposed to be paid at the time of ticket is issued. Know that the child gets to put on an unaccompanied minor badge as well at the time of departure for proper identification, together with a special Unaccompanied Minor Envelope with all the required documents.
